How it starts

Talk

A free 20-minute chat about what you want, any old injuries and the times that suit you.

Test

Your first session is a movement check and a few starting lifts, so the plan begins where you are.

Train

A written plan for every session, with your numbers checked and the plan rewritten every four weeks.

Questions

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Most people who start here haven't trained in years, or ever. The first session sets your starting point, and the plan goes from there.

I have a sore back or knee. Can I still train?

Usually, yes. Tell Cian about it in the free chat. If your doctor or physio has given you limits, the plan works within them.

What do I bring?

Comfortable clothes, flat trainers and a water bottle. There's a changing room and a shower.

How early can I train?

The first session starts at 6:30am on weekdays and the last one at 7pm. Saturday runs from 8am to midday.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes. Book a small group for two to four people at €20 each, or share a ten-session pack with a partner.

What if I need to cancel?

Move or cancel up to 24 hours before and it costs nothing. Later than that, the session counts as used.
