Good questions.
How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year. It keeps the boiler running efficiently, catches small faults early and keeps your manufacturer's warranty valid.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
Standard rates apply Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Emergency call-outs outside those hours have a fixed surcharge, which we tell you before we set off.
Can you help with SEAI grants?
Yes. We'll tell you which grants your home qualifies for and supply the paperwork you need to apply.
Are you insured?
Fully, with public liability cover. We're happy to send proof before any job.
